Although we make every effort to provide our customers with access to repair services (through intermediaries holding the required certifications), to spare parts as well as to maintenance and repair information, we in no way guarantee the availability of (i) spare parts (ii) repair services, and / or (iii) information necessary for the maintenance or repair of all the goods we sell, and we are not otherwise bound to do so under the statutory warranty of availability set out in section 39 and following of the consumer protection act of Quebec.
